All orders will be shipped within a week.

These are the estimated delivery times of Deutsche Post.
GERMANY 1-7 business days
INTERNATIONALLY 1-4 weeks
Shipping times: Please allow 8 weeks for an item to be declared lost.
It seems shipping times to most countries are currently around 2-4 weeks, except for AUSTRALIA which has transit times of 40 days at least not counting customs clearance.
ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
If your order hasn't been delivered within 6-8 weeks and the last tracking update was in your country please kindly contact your local post office. Make sure you have double checked that your address is correct, as we're not responsible for orders getting lost/returned due to wrong addresses, and failure to pick your order up from the post office. If the last tracking update was in Germany please contact us.
ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERD BUT NOT RECEIVED
Please check your post box, surrounding area if your order has been dropped off in there or nearby. Also check with your family members, roommates, neighbours etc. if it has been picked up by them. Sometimes orders are marked as delivered prematurely, please wait a couple of days. Lastly please contact your local post office asap and ask for more information. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do once it reaches your country and has been marked as delivered by your local postal services.
INSURANCE AND TRACKING
All orders are shipped tracked and insured.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
GIFT ORDERS & NOTES
Orders can be sent as gifts to friends and family as well. Please leave a gift note in the "Add a note to your order" section in your cart and i will include that with your purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
